Be Nice.

If you wouldn’t want your mom, your child or your Aunt Donna to read it, then don’t say it. As a member of CrowdSource’s online community and/or workforce, you have the right to feel comfortable and express your views while realizing with respect that others may not think the way you think or feel the way you feel. Be polite, be respectful and show grace during your interactions with other members of the community as well as members of the CrowdSource Team.

Ask questions and express concerns.

If you are unsure about something regarding one of CrowdSource’s HITs, rules, instructions, policies or other, please DO ask clear and concise questions. Open and honest dialogue is the best way to find a resolution to a potential problem. Constructive criticism is encouraged and appreciated; however, please express your concerns respectfully.

Spread the knowledge.

There is a good chance someone else can benefit from your knowledge and/or personal experience. In order to make positive contributions to the community, please offer up what you know.
