Q: Are we verifying the content, or just editing for the things you just mentioned? A: You are only editing for grammar. The fact check is a separate step.
Q. If there are three bullets and duplicates exist, will we have to add another bullet point? A. If you come across a case like this, please leave a note within the task for us to check it.
Q: For the bullets when there's a colon, does the word after the colon need to be capitalized or lowercased? I.e., "Color: blue" or "Color: Blue" A: The first word after the : should be capitalized.
Q: Am I doing more than necessary if whole sections need to be rewritten? A: Please do not completely rewrite.
Q: By "eliminate redundant content in the bullets," do you mean that the bullets must not contain any information that was included in the product description, and vice versa? A: The bullets CAN repeat the information listed in the description, but they cannot repeat themselves.
Q: Are there soft blocks? What about moderation time? A: There are beginner limits in place. We try to moderate within 48 business hours.
Q: What if information in the bullets is also included in the description--is that considered redundant? A: No, this is not considered redundant.
